A Collection of Purpose-Driven Brands
ĢƵ is more than an institution, we’re a working model of sustainability in practice. Our Sustainable Ventures are mission-aligned enterprises, ranging from hospitality to agriculture to retail, where students gain real-world experience and the public engages directly with our values.
Each venture is distinct, yet all serve a shared goal: advancing environmental stewardship through immersive, revenue-generating experiences that support Unity’s nonprofit mission and educational future.

Sky Lodge
Sky Lodge, ĢƵ’s 150-acre Moose River campus, is a year-round hub for outdoor adventure, learning, and group events. Located near Jackman, Maine, Sky Lodge is nestled in Maine’s northwest timber country along the Old Canada Road National Scenic Byway. The campus features the Elaine and John Couri Welcome Center, a historic 1929 wilderness lodge with nine guest rooms and a 50-seat dining room, plus four cabins, a private rental home, single guest rooms, and the Moose River Valley Center, an educational facility for our regional neighbors.
Sky Lodge is a premier destination for expeditionary and faculty-led education programs, and also hosts business meetings, summer camps, nonprofit retreats, and organizational getaways. When not used for educational programs, it welcomes the public for vacation rentals through major travel booking sites and its own booking page.

The Unity Store
The Unity Store offers more than just gear, it’s a platform for sustainable retail in action. Featuring Unity-branded merchandise and environmentally conscious products, the store operates both online and at our brick-and-mortar location at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester, Maine.
As part of our Sustainable Ventures portfolio, the store provides students with hands-on experience in ethical merchandising, operations, and mission-driven business, while every purchase supports Unity’s educational mission.
